How it Works
In each meeting, we follow the flow of Mystery to the general topics and specific questions most timely for each participant. Content emerges organically to ensure the highest relevance. We weave community by sharing resources, experience, and reflection. Our approach is rooted in contemplative values and spiritual practice, with an emphasis on co-discernment, practical necessities, and small steps taken consistently.

What I Bring
As an interspiritual companion, holistic supervisor, and three-time heart-centered business owner, I offer a unique tapestry of practical experience and spiritual grounding. My approach is compassionate, vulnerable, uplifting, and faithful, rooted in enlivening dedication and limitless belief in the spirit that’s moving us both.

- 1 hour, every other week via Zoom
- Maximum 8 participants in a group
- Recorded sessions (with transcripts)
- Bi-weekly reflection prompts for celebration and accountability
- Access to a shared Google drive for resources and feedback
- Optional communal bi-weekly work sessions (free of charge)
- Optional periodic “deep-dive” workshops (charged separately)
- Sliding scale $25 – $50 per meeting with a 6-meeting commitment

Is this the same as group supervision?
No. Group supervision explores what comes up for companions during their private sessions. This group is focused on helping you build a sustainable practice. For the purposes of this group, what comes up in session is only relevant as it might inform the business you want to create.
Do you offer group supervision?
Yes. If that is of interest to you, I invite you to fill out the Expression of Interest form so I can follow up when an opening becomes available.
Do I have to use you as a supervisor in order to participate in Soulful Business Development?
No. You can receive individual or group supervision wherever you’d like while being a participant in Soulful Business Development.
Besides Soulful Business Development, what other services do you offer?
I offer individual and group supervision, post-certificate practicum, individual spiritual direction and periodic classes and events.
